i. Interpersonal Communication - This form of communication takes place
between two individuals and is a one-on-one conversation. It can be formal or
informal.
Example: A manager discussing the performance with an employee.
ii. Written Communication- This form of communication involves writing words. It
can be letters, circulars, reports, manuals, SMS, social media chats, etc. It can be
between two or more people.
Example: A manager writing an appreciation e-mail to an employee.

• Go to the Design tab on the top menu.

on the desired theme to apply it to the entire presentation.

for selected words. To replace a word with a synonym, select the word and right
click on it. Choose the Synonym option from the short-cut menu that appears. A
list of synonyms will be displayed in the sub-menu. Click on the desired synonym to
replace the selected word in the document.
