B2B Fiori Client Request Process on Android

Note

SAP strongly recommends new customers opt for one of the following options, as they offer an
evolving feature set and a well-defined roadmap.

• Option 1: Transition to SAP Mobile Start


• Option 2: Build custom mobile applications using SAP Mobile Services
• Option 3: Use the device browser

Requesting Access

You need to reach out to your SAP account executive by providing the following details.
Accordingly, the SAP account executive must write to "DL Mobile B2B Fiori Client" for further
processing. Upon receiving an approval, the process can take up to 2 days for the app to be
available in your organization.

• Business Impact

1. Sign in to the managed Google Play Store with your Google business account.

2. Click ‘Admin Settings’ on the left-hand side.

3. Look for your Organization name and ID under the Organization information section.

Business Impact

Answer the following questions and add them to the business impact section:

1. Why haven’t you opted for one of the recommended options outlined in SAP Note
(2992772)?
2. Which SAP Systems (if any) do you plan to connect to through the B2B Fiori Client?
For e.g.: SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, SWM etc.
3. Have you subscribed to any of the following Services?
a. SAP Mobile Platform
b. SAP Mobile Services on SAP BTP
c. SAP Work Zone Standard Edition on SAP BTP (Previously: SAP Launchpad
Service)
4. Is Barcode scanning a core functionality of your use case for using the B2B Fiori Client?
5. How many users do you plan to distribute the B2B Fiori Client app to?

App on MDM Console

If your request is approved, SAP will publish the app to your organization’s MDM console.

Once available, you can find the app either using the:

• App Name (SAP Fiori Client) or


• the App ID (com.sap.fiori.client.b2b)

Please note that it can take up to two days until the app published to your organization becomes
available in Managed Play Store.
