OBJECTIVES

During this phase, the student nurse will be able to:

SETTING
 The interaction happened in pavilion 19 (Custodial Ward) outside the ward, beside the basketball court, the weather is good. It’s cloudy
to sunny. The environment is clean and has a limited noise due to the vehicles passing around the pavilion.
