8. Some people say that art (e.g.

painting, music, poetry)

can be made by everyone whereas others believe that it
can be only made by those with special abilities. Discuss
both views and give your opinion.
Some people believe that arts, such as painting, music, and
poetry, should only be performed by people with particular
abilities. This, in my opinion, should be done by everyone who
wishes to do so, and in this essay, I will discuss both sides of the
arguments and support my viewpoint.
To begin with, some individuals say that arts should be performed
only by people with special abilities because almost stunning
performance around the world were performed by gifted
people. Moreover, they think this will show perfection in every
performance. For example, a child who has amazing talents for
painting from an early age will be able to do these skills
accurately in the future. These people can also contribute to
society by showing their talents at museums or art galleries.
On the other hand, some individuals believe that everyone can
make art. To explain, creating art is seen as a human right to
cope with stress. In fact, the Vietnamese government has passed
several laws to protect this freedom and to help people in
maintaining their well-being by expressing their
emotions.Besides, people have the freedom to do whatever they
choose with their life as long as it is lawful. With respectable
efforts, people's artistic skills will improve, and they will also be
able to make truly magnificent masterpieces.
In conclusion, individuals who are born with artistic abilities
should practice them since they have the opportunity . However, I
believe that everyone should have the same right to choose and
perform arts.
