The student belonging to all categories will be considered for Reimbursement of Tui on Fee under ”Post Matric Scholarships

Welfare (EDU.I) Department and relevant instruc ons issued by Social Welfare Dept., and Higher Educa on Dept., Govt. of
A.P from me to me. If the candidate is found not eligible for fee reimbursement, at a later date, the candidate shall have to
pay the total fee as prescribed by the Competent authority.
You are eligible for tui on fee reimbursement under the Post Matric Scholarships (RTF) Scheme.
Instruc ons to Candidates:
1. The candidate who has secured fresh allotment shall report through website h ps://[Link] through self-
repor ng system, take print out of two copies of joining report and report to the College /Ins tu on allo ed, submit
joining report on or before 26.07.2025.
2. The candidate who has been re-allo ed a seat in a College / Ins tu on / Course shall report through website h ps://
[Link] through self-repor ng system once again and physically report at the re-allo ed College/
Ins tu on on or before 26.07.2025.
3. The candidate is instructed that Self- repor ng in portal and physical repor ng at the allo ed College is compulsory to
retain the present allotment. The last date for Self-repor ng and repor ng at the allo ed College is 26.07.2025.
4. If the candidate does not report through self-repor ng system and/or not physically repor ng at the allo ed College,
the provisional allotment will be treated as a vacancy and the provisional allotment of Pharmacy phase of
APECET-2025 Admissions will automa cally stands cancelled and the candidate has no claim on the seat allo ed.
Further, if the candidate reports through Self-repor ng and does not report physically at the College on or before
26.07.2025, his/her allotment/admission will be cancelled.
5. It is informed that the academic creden als verified if found false at a later date, the candidate’s allotment will be
cancelled, and the candidate is liable for criminal prosecu on.
6. It is instructed that the candidate is not required to deposit original cer ficates in the College/Ins tute at the
me of admission. The candidate can produce original cer ficates only for the purpose of verifica on in the College/
Ins tute and can submit only Photostat copies and original Transfer Cer ficate in the College/Ins tute.
7. Further, It is instructed that the candidates who are not eligible for fee reimbursement under the ”Post Matric
Scholarships (RTF)” Scheme shall pay the tui on fee.
8. All the Principals are requested to verify the original cer ficates viz caste, study, income and Diploma/Degree
cer ficates, EWS etc of the admi ed candidates thoroughly; and requested to bring to the no ce of the Convenor,
APECET-2025 Admissions for any devia on.
9. The candidates are directed to a end the class work immediately as the class work is already commenced from
14.07.2025.
