Prepare (Data ki Taiyaari)


Data analyst ka kaam data prepare karne se shuru hota hai. Agar data galat ya adhura ho, to
reports galat banengi, jis se business ke decision bhi galat ho sakte hain — jiska seedha impact
revenue aur trust pe padta hai.
Data Preparation ka matlab:
 Raw data ko samajhna aur saaf karna
 Missing values ko theek karna
 Galat data ko correct karna
 Data type ya format convert karna
 Readable banana (jaise proper headings, consistent formatting)
Yeh sab kuch karne ke baad hi data ko model aur visualize kiya ja sakta hai.
Important Points:
 Data ka structure, source aur connection samajhna hota hai.
 Privacy aur security maintain karni hoti hai, jaise PII (Personal Identifiable Info) ko
remove ya anonymize karna.
 Har step ka performance pe asar hota hai, isliye smart decisions lena zaroori hota hai.

2. Model (Data ka Connection aur Logic Set Karna)


Jab data ready hota hai, to next step hota hai Model banana — iska matlab hota hai:
 Tables ke beech relationship set karna (one-to-many, many-to-one, etc.)
 Calculated columns aur measures banana (jaise Sales = Price × Quantity)
 Semantic model create karna — jise user asaani se samajh sake aur explore kar sake
Agar Model accha nahi hoga to:
 Report slow chalegi
 Insights confusing ya galat ho sakte hain
 Future mein maintenance mushkil ho jaayega
Lekin agar model clean, optimized aur clear hoga to:
 Reports fast aur accurate chalengi
 Analysis reliable hoga

3. Visualize (Data ka Story Banana / Dikhana)


Yeh wo step hai jahan aap data ko report ya dashboard ki form mein dikhate ho.
Visualization ka aim:
 Business problem ka solution dikhana
 Data se story banana jise koi bhi samajh sake
 Decision makers ko jaldi aur clearly insights dikhana
Dhyan rakhne layak baatein:
 Har data point zaruri nahi hota — concise report zyada effective hoti hai
 Sahi chart ka use karo (bar, line, pie, etc.)
 Color, font, layout kaafi important hota hai readability aur accessibility ke liye
 Power BI ke AI tools jaise Quick Insights aur Natural Language Q&A ka use karo bina
code ke smart reports banane ke liye

4. Analyze (Data ka Analysis Karna)


Report ban jaane ke baad actual kaam hota hai data ko analyse karna — yaani:
 Trends aur patterns identify karna
 Forecasting (predict karna ki aage kya ho sakta hai)
 Business ko actionable insights dena
Pehle yeh kaam sirf data scientists karte the, lekin ab:
 Power BI ne is process ko asaan aur fast bana diya hai
 AI aur ML integration (Azure ML, cognitive services) se advance analysis possible hai
 Dashboards bana ke aap insights ko easily share kar sakte ho

5. Manage (Reports aur Dashboards ka Management)


Power BI sirf report banana nahi hai — uske baad us report ko manage karna bhi utna hi
important hai.

 Datasets (Semantic Models)
 Permissions aur Access
Kyun zaruri hai?
 Security maintain karne ke liye (kaun kya dekh sakta hai)
 Duplication avoid karne ke liye
 Collaboration aur sharing improve karne ke liye
 Certified models se trust build hota hai
Apps ke through reports ko alag teams ya users ke saath easy aur secure way mein share kiya ja
sakta hai.
