hereby required to appear in person (or by pleader, as the case may be) before the (Magistrate) of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, on the day of 06-04-

FURTHER DIRECTIONS AS PER ORDER OF THE HON’BLE SUPREME COURT :
1. It is made clear to you that , you can make an application for compounding of the offences at the first or second hearing of the case and that if
such an application is made, compounding may be allowed by the court without imposing any costs on you.
2. At the earliest after receiving this notice,you may make payment to the complainant for amountequivalent to negotiable installments , in his
account ,provided, if any, or, in court at the earliest , along with costs, if any assessed by court.

Any cost imposed in accordance with the above guidelines should be deposited with the Legal Services Authority operating at the level of the court
before which the compounding takes place .For Instance , in case of compounding during the pendency of the proceedings before a Magistrate’s court
or Session , such costs should be deposited with the District Legal Services Authority . Likewise, costs imposed in connection with the composition
before the High Court should be deposited with the State Legal Services Authority and those imposed in connection with the composition before the
Supreme Court should be deposited with the National Legal Services Authority.
