Mitigation Strategies

Revisiting Dependencies: Check if any dependencies are overly restrictive and whether some tasks could overlap or be conducted in parallel.
Adding Buffers: For non-critical activities, add buffer time to provide flexibility. As shown in the schedule* , buffers are added to non critical activities, refer to ANNEXURE-A for a
detailed schedule of the Project
Resource Allocation: Assign additional resources to critical path tasks to mitigate any risks of delay, can effect overall Budget.
Advanced Material Procurement: Materials should be brought in early to avoid any possible delays.
Overlapping Tasks: Non-dependent tacks can be overlapped with critical to save time.
Regular Inspections: Routine quality checks need to be conducted for smooth traversal of project activities.
CRITICAL PATH:
To minimise the project completion time, please implement the strategies outlined for the critical path as detailed below or in ANNEXURE-C.
The critical mentioned only includes the activities with no float, some extra float was provided just for the sake of mitigation when required, hence the activities are skipped from 10
to 17.

Sustainability Practices & Feasibility
1. Green Cover & Landscaping
Although selecting native plants may cost more up front, they will save money on water and maintenance over time which is desired.
Following this landscaping strategy improves the property's aesthetic appeal and favours buyers who value environmentally friendly
characteristics.

2. Water Conservation & Management

Rainwater and Recycling water capturing systems can be installed to help cut down on the need for external sources.
Given that Gurugrams’ water is highly chlorinated, this helps the wellbeing of the residents .

3. Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy

Using Solar panels and LED lighting in common areas which aids in reducing electricity expenses and also adds to the over all sustainability
Energy savings in long term make these upgrades financially beneficial and using solar panels basically pay for themselves over a period.

4. Dust & Pollution Control

Sticking to Environmental protocols helps in avoiding penalties, safeguarding the project's schedule.

5. Sustainable Materials
Generally eco-friendly materials and cost effectiveness doesn't quite go together but , they add to the project’s luxury and wellness aspects.
These materials has luxurious touch, attracting premium customers who value sustainable lifestyle.
Sustainability and Feasibility
A detailed Cost estimation* is presented in ANNEXURE-B

Key Sustainability Budget Allocations

1. Energy-Efficient Systems – ₹70 crore: Solar panels, HVAC, and LED lighting helps to reduce costs and carbon footprint.
