Dwain:
Magandang buhay! Tonight, we do not simply turn a page—we mark the closing of
one chapter and the bright, bold opening of another. With pride and joy, we
welcome you all to the 8th Senior High School Graduation Rites of San Rafael
Technical Vocational High School for the School Year 2024–2025.

Salve:
That’s right. This is a gathering of hope, courage, and unity—an unforgettable
moment in the lives of our graduates and their families. As we move forward with
today’s celebration, may we be reminded of the words of Kahlil Gibran, “You are the
bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth.” Today, those arrows
fly toward the future with purpose.

Dwain:
With hearts filled with gratitude and spirits burning with ambition, our graduates
embody this year’s theme:

“Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa, Kaagapay sa Bagong Pilipinas.”


A generation of unity—hand in hand with nation-building, stepping bravely into
tomorrow.

Salve:
We are your hosts for today’s momentous celebration. I am Ms. Maria Salve B. San
Esteban --

Dwain:
and this is Sir Dwain Ocampo Doctana, and it is our honor to be your master of
ceremonies. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome, and please be with us until the end of
this program.

Salve:
Symbolizing the loyalty, patriotism and honor, let us all witness the entrance of the
colors spearheaded by the Boy Scouts of SRTVHS…

Dwain:
Following them is the Class of 2025—our beloved graduates, who have persevered,
grown, and are now ready to soar.

Salve:
Alongside them are the proud parents and guardians—the first teachers, whose love
built the very foundation of this moment.

Dwain:
We now welcome the dedicated faculty and staff of San Rafael Technical
Vocational High School—the mentors, the guides, the beacons from the Junior High
School and Senior High School Department headed by Mr. Ernesto M. Fogata,
Secondary School Principal I; with Mr. Jayros F. Fernandez, Senior High School
Teacher-in-Charge.

Salve:
And finally, we welcome our honored guests (mention: EPS/SDS), school officials,
and our distinguished Commencement Speaker Ms. Herminia R. Balino, Head
Teacher III, who graced this special occasion with wisdom and hope.

Let us now center ourselves in solemnity. As we ask for grace and guidance.

Dwain:
You know, Ma’am Salve, looking at the sea of proud parents, bright-eyed graduates,
and our ever-committed educators—it truly feels like we’re standing in the middle of
a dream finally realized.

Salve:
Absolutely, Sir Dwain. It’s not just a ceremony—it’s a symphony of hard work,
sacrifices, sleepless nights, and unwavering hope. Each student here today carries a
story of triumph, and that’s what makes this moment deeply moving.
And as we all know, behind every milestone is a warm, guiding voice—someone who
welcomes us not only with open arms but with encouragement that fuels the
journey ahead.

Dwain:
To formally welcome us, we shall hear from one of this year’s top achievers. Ralph
Waldo Emerson said, “The only person you are destined to become is the person
you decide to be.” Today’s speaker decided to strive for excellence, and she
succeeded.
With great pride, let us give a big round of applause for Megan Bianca S. Haja,
With High Honors, for her Welcome Address.

“Thank you for delivering that warm welcome. As we continue with today’s
celebration of dreams and determination, let us now turn our attention to the next
highlight of the ceremony… The culmination of years of study, discipline, and
determination now takes form. Our students have met all requirements set forth by
the Department of Education.
To officially present the candidates for graduation, we call on the school’s
committed leader, our Principal—Mr. Ernesto M. Fogata.

Inspiration is a spark that lights the fire of purpose.
To deliver an Inspirational Message, we welcome someone whose leadership
inspires not only students, but the entire academic community—our Coordinating
Principal, Ms. Whea D. Dayap.

Salve:
Thank you for that inspirational message full of wisdom. At this juncture, this is the
moment every student and parent has dreamed of—proof of perseverance,
strength, and triumph.

Salve:
“Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, and most of all,
love of what you are doing.” We now recognize the students who have gone above
and beyond in their academic journey. Let us proceed to the Awarding of Medals
to our Honor Graduates.

Great minds spark transformation, and today’s guest speaker is a changemaker in
her field. SRTVHS is truly proud to have her speak in this event as a game changer

meaningful celebration this has been—not just of academic achievement, but of

Indeed, Ms. Salve. As the Class of 2025 leaves the halls of San Rafael Technical
Vocational High School, they carry not just diplomas, but the legacy of being a

Salve:
This is not a book closed, but a chapter continued. On behalf of the teaching and
non-teaching staff of San Rafael Technical Vocational High School, this has been
your graduation hosts—Ms. Maria Salve San Esteban...

Dwain:
