following information:
• The City must inspect the reinforcing layout before all pours. The City will require 1-day
to perform the inspection.
• The City must inspect the drainage line before it is covered. The City will require 1-day
to perform the inspection.
• The City must inspect the electrical conduit runs before they are covered. The City will
require 1-day to perform the inspection.
• The estimated delivery time for the equipment and materials is as follows, but we need
to confirm with suppliers:

ii. Picnic Tables and Benches – 15 Working Days
iii. Steel Pavilion – 15 Working Days

You have discussed the project with your Plumbing and Electrical Contractors and they have
provided you the following information:

Plumber:
• The drainage catch basin has a 5 working day lead time after approval of submittal
before it can be delivered to the site.
• It will take 1 day to layout and trench the drainage lines.
• It will take 2 days to install the filter fabric, drainage line bedding and lay the drainage
lines. One day to line the trench with the filter fabric lay the bedding layer of the
drainage line and lay the pipe. The second day to finish filling the trench with the gravel
after it is inspected.

2
• It will take 2 days to excavate the area for the catch basin, set the catch basin, make the
drainage line connection, and backfill. This can be done at any time provided the catch
basin is on site and ready to be installed.

Electrician:
• The security lighting package has 6-week (30 work days) lead time after approval of
submittals.
• It will take 2 days to layout and trench the conduit runs for the security lighting.
• It will take 2 days to lay the conduit and stub out the security light connections;
provided the light pole bases are formed and reinforced.
• It will take 2 days to pull the conductors. The Electrician wants to wait at least 3 days
after the light pole bases are poured before pulling conductors.
• It will take 1 day to set the security lighting, terminate the connections and energize.
The Electrician wants to wait 7 days after the bases are poured before setting the
security lighting poles.
