§ Assessment-related questions for CO5 should be improved with practical case studies. This will in
turn improve the attainment of target PO(h).
§ The number of POs addressed by the course should be reassessed for better attainment. The COs
and POs are currently misaligned .
§ The attainment calculation is erroneous. Kindly use the standard excel template provided by RUA.

Suggestions for Improvement


§ CO1 assessment tools must be modified to include more complex engineering based
mathematical problems appropriate for PO(b).
§ Marks assigned for evaluation of CO2, CO3 and CO4 are very insignificant compared to the total
marks. Necessary adjustments should be made to adjust the attainment levels.
§ Due insignificant marks assigned to evaluate the mentioned COs, corresponding POs attainment
levels are not correct. Kindly make necessary adjustments required for improvement.

§ The marks assigned to evaluate each of the CO is very much insignificant.
§ Evaluating CO4 with only 5% marks of the total produced a wrong attainment result for PO(i).
This should be updated to increase the assessment marks allocated for evaluation.
§ Misalignment of CO and PO is identified from the course outline, and it should be corrected by
making necessary adjustments.
§ Target POs for the course should be re-evaluated and modified.
