b. The first floor has been provided for head room.

Necessary RCC column & foo ng have been provided as per the site condi on
& the cbr value of soil strata. Laterite stone masonry in ground floor, First Floor
& head room. Doors and windows have been provided with panel glass with upvc
and all other building comple on items such as plastering, fi ng, fixing ms grills,
pain ng, distempering, weather coat and vitrified le have been provided in
ground, First and head room floor & ceramic les in s lt floor. Basing upon the
allotment received for the above building, the ei & ph work have not been
involved in the es mate. The ei and ph work will be taken up a er receiving of
the next allotment.

The detailed es mate has been prepared as per csr 2017 with enhanced labour
rate & the lead of individual material have been provided as minimum.

The odss will be followed during execu on of work.
