🌅 Morning Routine (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM)


 7:00 – 7:15 - Uthna, fresh hona
 7:15 – 7:45 - Light exercise / walk + music
 7:45 – 8:00 - 10 min meditation / breathing
 8:00 – 9:00 - Reading (Self-help, Crypto, Business)
 9:00 – 10:00 - Nasta + YouTube se learning video dekhna

🧠 Skill Building Slot (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM)


 10:00 – 12:00 - Primary Skill (Crypto, Content, etc)
 12:00 – 1:00 - Practice / Notes banao
 1:00 – 2:00 - Lunch + Short Break

👉 Example Skills: Crypto knowledge, Video editing, Canva, Scriptwriting, Telegram Growth

📱 Content Creation + Practice (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)


 2:00 – 4:00 - Content script likhna + voice record
 4:00 – 6:00 - Edit video + Instagram/Telegram post

🌇 Evening Routine (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM)


 6:00 – 7:00 - Evening walk + audio podcast

 3:00 – 4:00 PM - Revision or Practice Tests
 8:00 – 8:30 PM - Quick Revision / Notes making

👉 Tum apne syllabus ke hisaab se subjects rotate kar sakte ho. Jis din content kaam kam ho,
us din zyada padhai kar lo.
