Event Levels
Level 1 - Registration (Online Mode)
Students must choose any domain or genre aligned with the given theme. Each team should
propose a Industry 5.0 concept or idea based on their selected topic.
Instructions
1. Choose a Topic: Select a topic within the theme given in the Hackathon.
2. Define an Industry 5.0: Students must create an outline of their solution concept and
how it integrates IoT, AI, robotics, and digital twins to optimize processes and
enhance decision-making.
3. Propose an Industry 5.0: Build a prototype using sensor data (real or simulated) and
3D visuals to showcase real-time interaction or decision-making with Industry 5.0
technologies.
Submission
1. Submission: Submit your Industry 5.0 by the deadline.
Industry 5.0 A document that includes
i. Problem statement and real-world context
ii. Industry 5.0 Concept and objectives
iii. Key features and technical challenges
iv. Data sources and visualization approach
2. Shortlisted Announcement: Selected teams will be shortlisted based on the
originality and clarity of their proposed Industry 5.0 solution and will advance to
Level 2 of the hackathon
Level 2 - Industry 5.0 Development (Online Mode – 12 Hours)
Shortlisted teams will participate in an online event where they will build their Industry 5.0
project during the hackathon.
Instructions
● The theme will be announced by InGage at the start of the event. Teams must
quickly analyze the theme, then design and develop a working Industry 5.0 prototype
within the given time frame.
Development Focus
Teams should focus on:
1. Creating a Detailed System Design
2. Implementing Real-Time Data Interaction or Simulation
3. Demonstrating Predictive or Immersive Features
Submission & Evaluation
1. Submission: Teams will showcase their final Industry 5.0 projects, including a
presentation explaining the development process and how their project aligns
innovatively with the theme.
2. Evaluation Criteria:
The projects will be evaluated based on their originality, technical execution,
innovation, and relevance to the theme.
3. Shortlisted Announcement:
The top 10 teams will be selected to advance to Level 3.
Level 3 - Final Presentation and Demo (Offline Mode)
Shortlisted teams will showcase their completed Industry 5.0 solutions during the final
event.
Instructions
● Each team will present a live demo of their Industry 5.0 solution, showcasing the
integration of real-time data using Wokwi and ESP32, 3D visualization in Unity, and
data visualization in Power BI.
Presentation:
● Teams must present the development process, including the integration of IoT
sensors using ESP32 and Wokwi for real-time data simulation, the use of the MQTT
server for data transmission, and the real-world problem addressed, along with its
impact on industry or smart environments.
Judging Criteria
● Teams will be judged based on innovation and creativity, technical execution,
real-world applicability, and integration of IoT (Wokwi, ESP32), Unity, and Power BI.
Industry 5.0 Development
● Teams will have limited time to brainstorm, design, and test their Industry 5.0
prototype.
● Collaboration and time management will be crucial for completing the project within
the given timeframe.
System Design
Use your creative thought process to design an Industry 5.0 system that simulates and
visualizes real-world scenarios. The design can be 2D/3D, depending on the type of system
being modeled. Candidates can create the system in Blender or Unity based on Industry 5.0
functionality.
System Mechanics
Document the core mechanics of your Industry 5.0 system, including data integration,
real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and user interaction. Provide details on how the
data flows through the system, how sensors interact with the virtual model, and how the
system adapts to real-world changes. Include any logical scripts or algorithms that are part
of your system’s design.
Simulation in Unity
Create a walkthrough of your Industry 5.0 simulation in Unity. Show how the system
visualizes real-time data, provides actionable insights, and supports interactive elements
(e.g., visualizing sensor data, adjusting parameters, or controlling the virtual model).
Candidates can design their simulation based on the system type (2D/3D).
