Terms and Conditions
1. Merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase provided
the merchandise is unused, intact and in saleable condition, along with the
original product tag and invoice as proof of purchase.
2. Exchange is permitted only at the stores from where the merchandise is
purchased.
3. Undergarments, Socks, Cosmetics, Perfumes, Sunglasses, Fashion accessories,
Glass ware, Watches, Handbags, altered garments or garments with stains will not
be exchanged.
4. Only Credit Notes will be issued on exchange and no cash refund will be given.
Credit Notes will be issued equivalent to the invoiced value of the product
exchanged.
5. Original Credit Notes can be redeemed only at Lifestyle Stores across the
country within 90 days from the date of issue. No duplicate Credit Notes will be
issued if the original is lost or mutilated.
6. Landmark Rewards Points will be awarded only if the registered mobile number or
membership number is quoted at the time of billing. No Landmark Rewards points
will be awarded for discounted merchandise.
7. Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any loss/damage
or any personal injury to a customer directly/indirectly by use of the products
/merchandise purchased from the Lifestyle stores.
8. Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to alter/modify any terms
and conditions at any point of time without assigning any reason or intimation
whatsoever.
9. In case of any dispute, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts
in Bangalore.
10. Exchange of merchandise bought during SALE period will be permitted during the
same SALE period only.
