AFFIDAVIT OF THE PETITIONER
I , Dr. [Link] , aged 36 years , son of Late [Link] , residing at
Door number 43, second cross Pillaiyar kovil Street, Perungudi , Chennai do hereby solemnly affirm and
sincerely state as follows :
1 . I respectfully submit that I am a Postgraduate student and well acquainted with law and facts and
circumstances of the case.
2 . I most respectfully submit that the petition has been representing before court of Law and Justice.
3 I most respectfully submit that the petitioner is a First Respondent in W. A. 3054 / 2023 seeking to
dismiss the same and continue education.
4 I submit that due to impugned proceedings by the appellant in W. A. 3054 /2023, the petitioner is
out of the college and Right to continue education has been en masse whittled down.
5 I submit that this Hon’ble court has directed the Registry to list the matter on 22 -7- 2024. But
the matter was not listed.
6 I submit that the student was at the final year and verge of completion of the course ( exam
going student) and if no orders are passed put to irrereparable injury as TamilNadu DR M.G.R. Medical
University, Guindy , Chennai is a Statutory body having regulation for completion of course within a
definite period this year 2024 .
7 I beg you that it is mandatory to advance the hearing of the said matter to preserve the Right to
Continue education of the petitioner.
For the reasons stated above , it is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble court may be
pleased to fix an early date for final disposal of W. A. 3054 / 2023 and pass any further or other order as
this Hon’ble court may deem fit and thus render justice.
