The famous Kusina food Restaurant offers different dishes from seafood, chicken pork, bees,
dessert and group meds. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner all days of the week. We have free
acoustic bond every Saturday from 7:00pm to 11:00 pm, were customers could enjoy the music
while eating their foods and beverages when the music is playing well.

2. HIGHWAY EXPERIENCE- The property is located beside highway. It is easy to find place
since we have signage outside of our restaurant. Enjoy the calmness view inside the restaurant to
a table dinning experience here at Famous Kusina Food Restaurant with a good quality
ingredient to unique presentation, it surely a treat to dine here with your comfort food.
[Link] VIEW AREA- This area is open for taking a picture since the view is directly facing
the beautiful ocean view. This is for customers who seek for the maximum experience of Famous
Kusina Food because it provides a good and beautiful view.
[Link] AND DELIVERY- This service is for customer who prefer eating elsewhere or
simple in a rush. They have separate line in the counter for a faster transaction and delivery
service can be availed through food panda. For convenience purposes, their orders are served in
disposable styro boxes, sealed plastic bowls, cups and fork and spoon with tissue.
[Link]- The dining is on second floor can be converted into a function room to
hold events such as wedding, birthday and conferences. Booking can be done reservation
through our landline, website and official social media pages. One reservation is good for 4
hours.

[Link] AREA - our parking lot has a capacity of 20 Vehicles, located at the restaurant
rated allowed front and side of the restaurant. It is allowed for customers and employees to park
their cars, bike and motor cycle while working, dining and visiting the restaurant.

to date song selections Qwerty keyboard remote Control, Wi-Fi internet connectivity Service call
buttons, Protector screen. This service is for the customer of the restaurant who want to sing.
This area where customer can relax while singing with their family and friends after eating or
while eating. It can also rent at 2,500 per 3hours.

Operation Flow
The operations involve all components of the daily management of a restaurant. There are
specific processes that staff members perform that enable the restaurant to operate and fulfil the
needs of the customers.
The accounting system will help recording, analyzing and interpreting financial data for a

Legal Requirements.
The corporation Law will be applied to be proposed business. The national Internal
Revenue code, National Law and City or dinances including the rules and regulations of the
board of investment code of 1987.
A. Permit to of Operation
The Bacolod city and the Berve of internal Revenue will issue permits to run the Famous Kusina
Food Restaurant in sum-ag, Bacolod City.
B. Taxes
The Corporation will be subjected to the following taxes:
1. Real estate or property tax at 1% of the assessed value of properties.
2. For the first P100,000, the income tax rate is25 %. If the 1987 Omnibus Investment Code is
passed, this firm will be eligible for a five-year tax break.
3. Sales tax at 12% of gross sales
4. City taxes, fees, and license.
Retirement Plan
1. SSS (Social Security System) Plan
The system offers monetary support for SSS members unable to work due to old age. It
offers two kinds of retirement benefits: lifelong cash pensions for those with a minimum of
120 monthly contributions before retiring, and lump sum benefits for those with fewer than the
required 120 monthly contributions.
2. Individual Retirement Account (IRA) (PERA)
Opening a personal equity retirement account instead of keeping money in a traditional
savings account is a great way to boost savings. PERA, a voluntary and private account, can be
established by anyone with legal capacity and a Tax Identification Number (TIN) solely for
investing in PERA products. According to the PERA Law.
A contributor can open up to five PERAs at a time under one PERA Administrator.
Even if someone is employed and entitled to retirement benefits from their company,
PERA allows them to steadily accumulate additional funds for retirement. Funds in PERA are
distributed tax-free to beneficiaries in case of death, serving as a handy estate planning tool.
3. Pag-IBIG Benefits
Upon reaching 65 years old, individuals must retire and can then avail themselves of their
Pag-IBIG contributions. The Pag-IBIG Provident Benefits Claim permits eligible members to
withdraw their entire contribution sum along with accrued interest. Essentially, this benefit
serves as a reward for members who consistently contribute to the Fund.
The Provident Benefits form part of the Savings Program within the Pag-IBIG Fund,
