T- Excuse me sir, Did you find a wine that suits your taste bud?
G - Yes, I’ll have Carlo Rossi Red

PRESENTING THE WINE


S - ( Position on the right side of the guest and hold the bottle wrapped with cloth in
upright w/ the label facing the guest )
- Excuse me sir, May I present to you your House wine which is the Carlo Rossi
Red. This 750ml bottle contains 11.5 % of alcohol volume which brings the hint of
black cherry fruit that adds depth and richness to the taste, giving it a smooth and
well-rounded finish. It is imported by Carlo Rossi Vineyards Europe, Harman House
UX Bridge UB8 1QQ U.K Carlo Vineyards 2008.
- ( Carefully cut the metal or capsule of the bottle about half inch below the neck,
rotating the bottle)
- (Wipe the top of the bottle and the cork w/ a cloth napkin)
- (Insert the tip of the corkscrew slightly on the center and turn it in s clockwise
direction until it has fully penetrated into the cork)
- ( Holding the bottle firmly on one hand, hook the lever of the corkscrew in one
firm motion until the cork is fully extracted)

CORK EVALUATION
S - Excuse me sir. Would you like to evaluate your wine?
- ( Put it near the guests face but not too much)
G - It smells good.

TASTE EVALUATION
S- Excuse me sir, would you like me to pour an ounce for your evaluation?
- (After pouring an ounce, let the guest evaluate the wine)
- Would you like me to pour again to complete your shot?
G- Yes please
S - (Fills the wine glass about 3/4 full)

G - Sure I will
S - (After serving the wine leave the bottle w/ its remaining contents on the right side
of the guest w/ the label facing him)

- (Gives the payment to the sommelier)
S - (Gets the payment of the guest)
