he rapid and powerful rise of Artificial Intelligence presents a major challenge for the world. If

of AI to a few while the rest of the world is left behind. We also risk 'missing out' on AI's full
potential because of a lack of trust, fair access or not having the right tools.

more voices play meaningful roles in how we govern this technology. According to theUN's
report on “Governing AI for Humanity”, 7 countriesare part of all major international AI
efforts, while118 countries mostly from the Global South part are excluded.

ecosystem. Even theUN lacks internal coordination, as no single body handles AI
thoroughly.
