TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
125 KVA– Three Phase, Manual Control Panel Silent Diesel Generator (0.8 pf, 415V, 50 Hz) powered with ``TATA`` Engine, Model
697 TC Water Cooled turbo charged after cooled, 6 Cylinder engine generating 158 BHP manufacture by M/s. TATA MOTORS
Limited with Stamford/Meccalte Single bearing brushless, self-exciting, self-regulating design with automatic voltage regulator,
voltage-adjusting potentiometer and under speed protection type rated at 0.8 pf, 415V, 50 Hz with both stator and rotor windings
are of class “H” insulation.
COUPLING ARRANGEMENT: The engine and alternator is directly coupled by means of an SAE flange so that there is no possibility of
misalignment.
BASE FRAME WITH INTEGRAL FUEL TANK: The engine and alternator will be mounted as a whole on a heavy-duty fabricated steel
powder coated base frame constructed from folded channel sections with crane lifting arrangement with integral fuel tank. The
anti-vibration mounting pads affixed between the engine/alternator feel and the base frame itself thus ensuring complete vibration
isolation of the rotating assemblies and enabling the machine to be placed on an uneven surface without any detrimental effects.

5. Statutory Variations: Any Variation in Taxes, Duties & any other statutory levies by State or Central Government at the time
of invoicing will be charged extra as applicable. Any imposition of new taxes will also be to the purchaser’s account.
6. Delivery: Within 2-3 weeks of receipt of your Purchase Order & Payment in favor of us.
7. Price Validity: Considering the price volatility in copper and allied components, the above quoted Prices shall be valid for 60
days from date of offer letter
8. Payment Terms : 100% before dispatch of DG Set
9. Scope of Installation Work: Our above quoted price is covered only supply of DG Set & DG set Installation Charge is not
covered in above submitted price offer.
10. Warranty: - TATA Engine & Alternator stands warranty for 2 years / 5000 hours (whichever is earlier) from date of billing
against any manufacturing defect.
11. Battery – 24 months (or as per Battery manufacturer`s warranty policy)
12. Commissioning & PM (Labor Charge Free Services) :-
