Problem faced

❖ During the training period, I did not face any significant challenges or difficulties. The environment was

supportive, and the staff members were cooperative and welcoming. I had the opportunity to apply my

skills in a practical setting and gain valuable insights into how professional institutions operate. The tasks

were well-organized and clearly explained, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I felt

motivated and encouraged throughout the training. Overall, it was a rewarding and enriching experience

that enhanced my confidence and professional skills. I am truly grateful for this opportunity and the

knowledge I have gained.

Experiences Gained During
the Training
❖ During the training period, I gained valuable hands-on experience in a real work environment,
where I applied theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. I performed various administrative
tasks such as organizing files, data entry, and monitoring attendance, which deepened my
understanding of how educational institutions operate. I also participated in activities like event
planning and assisting in the closing ceremony. These experiences enhanced my self-confidence
and professional discipline. Additionally, I developed key skills including time management,
teamwork, communication, computer proficiency, report writing, weekly planning, public
speaking, and the use of Microsoft Office and administrative systems for data entry and
documentation.

7
Results and Recommendations

❖ During the training, I successfully completed all assigned tasks and received positive feedback from my

supervisors. The experience significantly enhanced my understanding of the training and professional work

environment. Based on my experience, I recommend providing a brief introductory session for new

trainees on how to use the administrative system, as this would ease the learning curve. Additionally,

setting clear daily tasks can help improve productivity and focus. Lastly, incorporating more interactive

training sessions would enhance engagement and practical learning for trainees, allowing them to gain

deeper insights and develop stronger connections with the work environment.
