The 29th July, 2025
No. 7/31/2014-3AR.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) and (2) of section 3 of the
Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014 (4 of 2014), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendation of the Commission
hereby makes the following amendment in Haryana Government, General Administration Department
(Administrative Reforms Branch), Notification No. 7/31/2014-3AR, dated the 30th November, 2023, namely:-
Amendment
In the Haryana Government, General Administration Department (Administrative Reforms Branch),
notification No. 7/31/2014-3AR, dated the 30th November, 2023, in the Schedule, under columns 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7,-
(i) against serial number 1(i) and existing entries thereagainst, the following entries thereagainst shall be
substituted, namely :-

from receipt of complete application,
charges and documents
In Metropolitan Areas 03 Days SDO [OP] XEN [OP] SE [OP]”;

In Rural Areas 15 Days
Timelines shall be 34 days where it requires
extension/augmentation of system
