It is my pleasure to welcome you to this exciting and insightful webinar. On behalf of the Human
Resource 3C and 3D students of Group 1, I extend a warm welcome to all of you who have
joined us today for this webinar on Talent Management in Human Resources.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our esteemed Resource Speaker, who will be
sharing his insights with us later in this webinar. We are truly fortunate to have such a
knowledgeable and experienced individual with us. Additionally, I thank our course instructor,
Dr. Jilliard Mercado, and my fellow classmates for joining this webinar.
The primary objective of this webinar is to explore the key principles and strategies of talent
management—specifically, how to attract top talent and develop and engage employees to
unlock their full potential. We believe that by exploring this topic, we can gain valuable insights
and knowledge that will benefit our future careers in HR.

Good day everyone! It is my pleasure to introduce a well-accomplished individual in the field of
Human Resource Management. Our esteemed resource speaker for today is a Magna Cum
Laude graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Saint Anthony,
where he also received the Loyalty Award in 2022.
He holds a Civil Service Honor Graduate Eligibility issued on August 31, 2022. He is also a
Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) and a Certified Practitioner of Human Resources
(CPHR), obtained on November 3, 2023, and June 1, 2024, respectively. Additionally, just last
month, he was certified as a Safety Officer 2.
Professionally, he has worked as a Freelance Personal Trainer, Resource Speaker, Part-time
College Instructor, and Administrative Assistant. Currently, he serves as the Chief of Recruitment
and Learning & Development at the University of Saint Anthony.
Today, we are privileged to have such a highly accomplished and experienced individual as our
resource speaker for this Webinar. His academic achievements, professional qualifications, and
practical expertise make him an invaluable source of knowledge and insight in Human Resources
Management.
Beyond his HR expertise, he is an aspiring legal practitioner, safety advocate, researcher, writer,
and bodybuilder—truly a student of life.
