1. General Description
The objective of the report is to allow users determine the quality of material on stock by batch by QM
characteristics. The user will choose the material(s) to be reviewed and the report will show all batches and
storage locations for the material. In addition the report will contain the QM characteristics for each batch.

The report allows users to determine the quality of material on stock by batch by Quality Management
characteristics. The location is also included so that the material can easily be found.

The user can then quickly determine which batches of material to use in the next step of production.

Quality Approval is mandatory so that the report designers can understand the process and aims of the
report.

2. Installation Procedure
2.1 Pre-Requisites
Before the installation of this Technical Goods, you need to install the following objects:

necessary version, download them from RTL portal (https://rtl.accenture.com/) and follow the Implementation
Guide instruction of each one.

2.2 Install Cockpit procedure


This Technical Goods must be installed using BC.E.003L - Install Cockpit version X.XX or greater. Please refer to
the Implementation Guide from Install Cockpit for further information about how to use the tool.
Get the XML file „ZTL_QMR002P_STOCK_QUALITY.xml‟ in PDF Reader Menu View...Navigation
Panels…Attachments and install it. The following objects will be created in your environment:

2.5 Re-installation Procedure


When trying to re-install the tool, please follow the steps below:
- Enter the XML inside Install Cockpit as if the tool wasn‟t installed yet.
- When the pop-up message asks if you want to replace the tool version, hit “Yes”.
- Install Cockpit will try to delete all objects listed at the table in section 2.2 from this document, and
create the ones from the XML file being uploaded.
- If message “Cannot delete object XXXX in quantity mode” is returned, that means that Install Cockpit
was not able to delete that specific object, as it is being used in more than one place inside SAP objects. Users
should review and remove them manually.

2. When there are two or more inspection lots for the same batch (i.e. retests of a product manual inspection lot
raised). Both inspection lots are displayed. Where there is a duplicate batch number only the result with the
highest inpspection lot number should be displayed.

Output:

The user will choose the material(s) to be reviewed and the report will show all batches and storage locations for
the material. In addition the report will contain the QM characteristics for each batch.

3.3 Error Handling


These are the possible errors that this Technical Good can return to the users and how to handle them
