The General Assembly,
Aware of the conflict in Gaza and the violation of human rights towards civilians,
Desiring a ceasefire to be done between Israelis and Palestinians to sustain peace,
Believing governmental and non-governmental organizations to act up on the matter and cooperate
with the local organizations,
Expecting the Israeli settlements in the West Bank to be evaluated under international law,
Pointing out to establish an environment for mutually respectful discussion upon an agreement and
encouraging foreign parties in the peace process and rehabilitation of the conflict area,
Fully alarmed by the hostile actions that are against human rights in the conflict region which are held
by the active groups,
Deeply conscious about the root causes of the conflict between Israeli and Palestinian states and the
cultural belonging that society has in the conflict area,
Reminding Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital, Al-Shifa Hospital, Indonesian Hospital, Al-Quds Hospital, Al-
Amal Hospital, Turkish-Palestinian Friendship Hospital, Jordan Field Hospital and Al-Awda Hospital
Incidents have violated human rights and the resolution of these actions,
Noting with deep concern about the existence of a refugee crisis in the conflict area and the placement
of the refugees,
1. Advises the termination of uncontrolled weapon sales to any active military group in the area
in the conflict area by all member states,
a. to eliminate current and future violations of the United Nations (UN) Law of War
including,
i. harming of civilian areas including schools, places of worship, hospitals, and
healthcare centers,
ii. usage of chemical and biological weapons such as poisonous gasses and
nuclear bombs,
iii. cruel treatment towards hostages containing starvation, torture, taking the
freedom of belief and the right to access needed healthcare,
b. with written United Nations (UN) regulations and organizing peace conferences to
discuss possible solutions involving such advisement of weapon sale termination,
2. Calls upon international organizations to constitute a foundation with the support of,
a. Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) to prevent intervention actions of Israel
against supplying,
i. nutrition and clean water,
ii. emergency tents for civilians to shelter in the conflict area,
iii. medical supplies and medicine,
b. World Health Organization (WHO) to,
i. appoint doctors to procure health care treatments for the people who got
affected from the conflict,
ii. supply first aid health care services,
3. Urges to higher the security standards of the conflict area successfully by,
a. encouraging the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to higher the security by
constituting buffer zones and appointing guardians to the borders of the region,
b. asking for Disarmament and International Security Committee (DISEC) to disarm the
areas recognized as safe zones,
4. Suggests special investigators and inspectors to be transferred to the conflict area in
cooperation with The International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL),
a. in order to examine and assess the root causes of the conflict,
b. who are educated specifically in advance upon this conflict for,
i. the inspection of the area to spot human rights and Law of War violations,
ii. collecting data and contributing to possible solutions found by the United
Nations (UN),
5. Reminds the importance of discussions and the peace process to continue while protecting
human rights,
a. to establish long lasting peace between the sides,
b. by compassing each other's point of view and perspective from both parties to
increase mutual respect,
6. Considers the establishment of a green line in a neutral zone between Gaza and West Bank
under the control of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC),
a. to prevent outbreaks between the two sides,
b. which will be providing basic human needs,
i. such as education, nutrition, clean water, healthcare and shelter,
ii. supplied from donations and fundings from non-governmental organizations
(NGOs) that will be established by the United Nations (UN),
7. Emphasizes the significance of governmental and non-governmental organizations (NGOs)
roles in the conflict such as,
a. demanding for investigations in order to establish a possible humanitarian corridor
which will be,
i. held by the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC),
ii. active to facilitate the movements of the civilians in the region,
b. encouraging the international communities to support the peace process by,
i. organizing cultural exchange programs,
ii. organizing educational training and recreational programs for youth,
iii. documenting human right violations,
c. fighting against human rights violations in the state of Israel and Palestine with the
help of human rights organizations and United Nations (UN) Bodies such as,
i. International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC),
ii. United Nations International Children Fund (UNICEF),
iii. Doctors Without Borders (MSF),
iv. United Palestinian Appeal (UPA) ,
v. Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP),
vi. Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF),
vii. ActionAid,
d. by community leaders and non-governmental organizations to conceive peaceful
discussions environments by,
i. encouraging communication between parties and striving for compromise,
ii. urge international community to strive to provide a peaceful solution between the state
of Israel and Palestine and encourage the parties to meeting of minds,
8. Recognizes the need for a refugee camp to protect civilians from the conflict zone,
a. located in Sinai Peninsula, Egypt,
b. protected by United Nations Security Council (UNSC),
c. transportation of refugees facilitated by the humanitarian corridor,
9. Wishes all members to be actively seized on the matter.
