Partial Security Deposit
In addition to the application fee, the $500.00 holding fee accompanying this application shall be retained by landlord to
hold for occupancy and execution of lease by the undersigned upon approval of this application. If
the application is rejected for any reason or if the undersigned cancels the reservation within 48 hours of the application
date, the foregoing holding fee shall be refunded to the undersigned. If this application is not rejected and the
apartment is held in reserve for more than 48 hours (not including application date) the landlord shall not refund the
holding fee if the undersigned fails to execute a lease and occupy the apartment. Upon move-in, the foregoing holding
fee will be applied against the security deposit and if any amount of the holding fee exceeds the amount of the security
deposit, such excess shall be applied against the rent payable pursuant to the lease.
Lock Change/Re-Key Fee
In addition to the foregoing holding fee, in the event my application is approved I agree to pay a lock change/re-key fee
in the amount of $75.00 at the time I execute and deliver the lease to the Landlord.
I/We declare that all the information above is accurate and complete. I/We understand and agree that if any of the
information is found to be false or incomplete, the landlord will have the right to reject this application and terminate
the lease agreement with immediate effect.
I/We hereby authorize the landlord to run any credit check on me/us to verify any of the above information with
relevant third parties such as landlords, banks, creditors or other persons.
