Responsibilities:

● Develop understanding of the organization’s business processes and


identify areas of improvement
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define software requirements and
system architecture
● Design, develop, and maintain user-centric web applications and internal
tools
● Build dashboards, workflow engines, and REST APIs
● Implement robust data models and ensure seamless integration with third-
party systems
● Maintain clean, scalable, and secure codebases with version control
● Support deployment and testing phases, including UAT
● Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
● Conduct training for business userstand provide support on day-to-day
issues /challenges
● Continuously improve system performance and user experience

Qualifications:

● 1–4 years of full-stack development experience (Fresh graduates with a


passion for learning also welcome)
● Proficiency in PHP, front-end (React) and back-end

● Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgresSQL, MongoDB,
Supabase)
● Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred
● Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern dev workflows
● Understanding of SFTP & SSO integrations with other platforms
● [Link]/B.E. in Computer Science or related field like BCA.
● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
● Willingness to work in a startup environment with dynamic priorities

Bonus If You Have:


● Experience with ERP, CRM, or HR tech systems
● Worked on nonprofit or impact-driven platforms or manufacturing
companies.
● Contributions to open-source projects
