Front Desk/Receptionist:"Good [morning/afternoon/evening]! Thank you for calling 693 restaurant My


name is ericka. How may I assist you today?"

Guest:"I’d like to make a table reservation."

Front Desk/Receptionist:"Certainly! May I have your name pls

Guest: My name is Piolo

Front Desk/Receptionist:"Thank you, sir piolo, Let me spell out your name. P for Papa I for India O for
oscar, L for lima and O for Oscar is that Correct maam?

Guest: yes thats correct

Front desk When would you like to book your reservation Sir?

Guest April 29 at 700pm

Front desk Is there any occasion on that day Sir?

Guest Its our anniversary

Front Desk/Receptionist: ooh happy anniversary Sir. For how many guests will the reservation be?"

Guest: 2 persons only

Front Desk/Receptionist:"Thank you. Do you have any seating preferences? For example, indoor,
outdoor, near the window, or a private area?"

Guest: i want to be in a more private area pls

Front Desk/Receptionist:"I will do my best to accommodate your request. May I also ask if you have any
special dietary preferences or occasions we should be aware of?"

Guest:I have lactose intolerance

Front Desk/Receptionist:"Understood. May I have your contact number in case we need to confirm or
update your reservation?"
