A. Activity  Distribute quiz sheets yesterday


 Yesterday activity scenario:

"You want to deposit 2,000 pesos into your savings


account. The cash breakdown is two 500-peso bills and
ten 100-peso bills. Your bank account number is 0344-
5555-22."
B. Analysis
 Review answers as a class.
 Discuss common mistakes and clarify the correct way to
fill out each part of the forms.
 Reinforce the importance of accuracy and completeness.

C. Abstraction  Summarize key points:


o The difference between deposit and withdrawal
slips.
o The significance of each piece of information.
o The importance of honesty and responsibility in
filling out forms.

D. Application  Encourage students to recall and share other forms they


have encountered (e.g., school registration, medical
forms).
 Discuss how correct filling out of these forms is crucial
for proper processing.

1. “You want to withdraw 3,000 pesos from Grandma's

You will pay with one 1,000-peso bill and two 100-peso
bills.
