demonstration and oral questioning.
5. Assessment To determine your knowledge and skills for
procedure COOKERY NC II, the assessment method that we
will BE USING are written, demonstration and oral
questioning. This method can help measure your
underpinning knowledge and skills.
My role here is to observe and assess your
competency skills.
For your personal needs, our restrooms are located
downstairs beside the conference room. And you
can take your meal at the canteen located at the
lobby.
For emergency situations, our first aide cabinet
located just in the back corner, fire extinguishers in
the right and left corners of the room and our
emergency exit is in the front right corner.
For your waste disposal, the waste segregation just
behind your practical work area.
If you have difficulty in understanding the given
instruction, please do not hesitate to inform me
because I am willing to translate it for you. But once
the assessment has started, please refrain from
asking questions, it will no longer be entertained.
For PWD, you can sit while performing the tasks.
During the actual assessment, please observe
safety precautions, always wear your PPE as you
perform the different tasks. In case of accident,
please call my attention immediately. (PPE
requirements)
With regard on the assessment result, we observe
strict confidentiality.
In case you have any question regarding the
assessment result, you have the right to appeal.
You can submit your appeal to the TESDA provincial
Office where the Assessment Center and the

Instruction
Prepare the necessary materials, tools and
equipment, ingredients needed, remove all
jewelries, wear your PPE before start working,

returning it in their specific area. Before leaving,
always check if the equipment is turned off and
unplug.

Candidate: I had learned that I should review on the
knowledge and skills and practice for me to
become confident and also I will change my
negative attitude towards learning and I will try to
focus and practice.

however you failed to perform the other
competencies. based on the result of my
observation during the demonstration, the outcome
of the assessment is that you are not yet
competent.
However, you can be re-assessed anytime at your
convenience or when you are confident to perform
