From: Federal Republic of Somalia, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Republic of Türkiye, Republic of
Panama, People’s Republic of China, Russian Federation

Recognizing the escalating conflict and its threat to regional and global security, the
undersigned nations affirm their unified stance in promoting a peaceful resolution to the
Iran-Israel crisis. We stress the importance of upholding the sovereignty and territorial integrity
of all states and urge all parties to cease military actions immediately.

We call for the establishment of an independent UN-led fact-finding mission to investigate all
recent hostile acts and violations of international law. Our coalition commits to supporting efforts
for a nuclear-free Middle East zone, with all states abiding by the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation
of Nuclear Weapons.

We further pledge to coordinate humanitarian relief initiatives and promote diplomatic


engagement to restore lasting peace and stability.

The Federal Republic of Somalia, together with its partners Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, Panama,
China, and Russia, today called for urgent international action to prevent further escalation of
the Middle East conflict. The coalition emphasized that violations of sovereignty and
international humanitarian law must cease immediately to avoid catastrophic consequences.

Somalia reaffirmed its support for peaceful dialogue and the creation of a nuclear-free zone in
the region. The group also pledged to work through the United Nations to ensure that
humanitarian assistance reaches all affected civilians without obstruction.

The international community is urged to act decisively to preserve global peace and security.
