● Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering


information; evaluating output requirements and formats
● Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing
specifications
Job description
● Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
● Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models
● Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any
changes

1+ year of experience in business analysis
● The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine
acceptable solutions.
● Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job requirement
● Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
● Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
● Have a proactive, can-do attitude
● Self-motivated and self-directed.
● Experienced with SCRUM, JIRA
