agreed to execute and sign this deed of rent agreement as per terms and conditions mentioned below:

1. That the monthly rent of the above said premises has been settled between beth the

6. That all the taxes shall be paid by the landlord/lessor. That all the electricity, & waters. charges,
IGL Charge & maintenance charges if any shall be paid by the Lessee to the concerned
authority /lessor as per sub-meter.
7. That no addition and alternations will be made by the lessee without prior written consent
of the lessor.
8. That the Lessee shall handover the physical possession of the premises referred to above to the
Lessor at the time of termination of lease together with the furniture, furnishing, fittings and
fixtures duly repaired, if any damage done.

That the rent agreement can be terminated after expiry of the lease deed period by either the lessor
or the lessee, by giving one month prior written notice to the other party.
10. That the Lessee shall not sublet or part with the said premises in whole or their parts thereof
without the written consent of the Lessor.

‘That in the event of any dispute or difference arising out of this agreement the matter will be
referred to an arbitrator approved by the lessor and his decision will be binding on both the parties.
12. That all the day to day repair of minor nature such as replacement of fuse, washer, bulbs, tube light
etc shall be done by the lessee at their own cost.
13. That the lessor or any of his authorized representative can enter the said premises for inspection at
any time, during the normal working hours of lessee.
14. At the end of lease period the lessee shall handover the possession of the property peacefully.
15, That the terms and conditions of the lease agreement stated above shall be binding of both parties
i.e. terms of this agreement are final.
16. That In case of any dispute between the parties legal jurisdiction shall be District court.
