A pleasant morning everyone, it is our pleasure to be with us our guests from Utah Valley University,

together with their president, Dr. Astrid S. Tuminez, our very active stakeholder, Mr. Jason Tan and wife,
and of course our family from Colegio del Sagrado Corazon de Jesus.

Together with our teachers, parents, learners, and our dear principal Dr. Henry G. Cabe, I Welcome you
all to A. Montes 1 Elementary School.

Mother Teresa once said, “It’s not how much we give, but how much love we put into giving”, and that is
the reason why we are here today for the love and initiative of the generous people behind this activity
who traveled a thousand miles just to reach all of us.

(Correct me if im wrong, but I think they travelled for more than 7 thousand miles just to be us today?
Am I right?)

To formally start out activity this morning, may I request everyone to please rise for the singing of the
Philippine National Anthem to be followed by a prayer _______.

Please be seated.

And now to welcome us all in this activity, let us all welcome our humble and supportive principal, Dr.
Henry G. Cabe for his welcome message.

Thank you so much.

Remember, “When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed.”

To continue, may I call on ______ to introduce to us our guest this morning.

Thank you so much mam. your story is really an inspiration.

Be in mind that, “There is immense power when a group of people with similar interests gets together to
work toward the same goals.”

alone.” We are now on the most awaited part of the program, the Giving of Backpacks to our chosen
Learners’. May I call in __________.

Thak you so much every one.

And to demonstrate their gratitude in response to a wonderful experience like this one, can be contained
in an overwhelming thank you. Now, let us hear a message from our selected learners.

Thank you, so much dear learners. May your heart be filled with the joy today.

As we end our activity this morning, may I leave you a quote from Audrey Hepburn, a British actress, As
you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself, the other for helping
others.

With that thank you and good morning to one and all.
