People Empowerment
means giving individuals and
communities the ability to control
their own lives and make
decisions. It involves providing
resources, skills, and opportunities
for people to take charge of their
circumstances and participate
actively in society.
Build Organization

refers to establishing a
structured entity with defined
roles and functions. The
primary purpose is to
effectively address
particular issues or
challenges.
Build Alliances/Coalitions
One of the objectives or aims in
organizing the community is to create
partnerships or collaborations with
other groups or organizations. These
alliances or coalitions can help
leverage resources, share expertise,
and collectively address common
issues or goals within the community.
Popular Democracy
Popular democracy emphasizes
the direct involvement and participation
of the people in decision-making
processes. This could involve initiatives
such as community assemblies,
participatory budgeting, or grassroots
movements aimed at empowering
citizens to have a more significant
influence on governance and policy-
making within their community.
Social Transformation
Social transformation involves
fundamental changes in societal
structures, norms, values, and power
dynamics to achieve greater equality,
justice, and well-being for all members
of the community. This could include
initiatives aimed at addressing systemic
inequalities, challenging discrimination,
promoting social cohesion, and fostering
a more inclusive and equitable society.
