I, about years w/o R/o , Religion – Hindu, Education – Literate

, Occupation- Govt. employee , do hereby solemnly affirm and state as

under :-

1. That the deponent is Petitioner himself and as such he is well

conversant with the facts of the case;

2. That the a for said writ petition is filled by the Petitioner on

24/11/2016 which is pending before Hon’ble Court. The applicant

want to engage Advocate for which applicant approach Advocate

Prior counsel but he refused to give no objection for filling fresh

Vakalatnama.

3. That the applicant prays for permission to file a fresh Vakalatnama

in the interest of justice
