management & allied jobs. The units of FSNL are situated at Rourkela, Burnpur, Bhilai, Bokaro, Visakhapatnam,

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS: -
a. Minimum percentage of marks secured will be 60% in Degree/Diploma exams.
b. All qualification should be from a recognized University/Institution, no qualification, on the ground of the
being equivalent to the one advertised, shall be considered.

c. The candidates will be required to submit all Certificates/Testimonials in support of their Qualification,
Experience, latest Salary Slip, showing break-up of Present Emoluments in detail, failing which their
candidature shall be liable for rejection.
d. All computations of experience/qualification shall be done with respect to the last date of application as
mentioned in the advertisement. The date of declaration of result/issuance of mark-sheet shall be deemed to be
the date of acquiring the qualification. `
e. Place of posting will be any of FSNL’s units/Offices/Projects.
2. PAY & EMOLUMENTS:
Besides Basic Pay & IDA, the posts carry other Allowances/Perquisites under “Cafeteria Approach”, subject to a
monthly celling of 35% of the Basic Pay, House Rent Allowance, Leave encashment, Reimbursement of medical
expenses for Self & Family, P.F., Gratuity [Link] per Company’s rules.
3. SELECTION PROCESS:
a) Candidates found eligible will only be called for Written Test / Interview. Merely fulfilling of eligibility criteria
shall not confer any right to the applicant for being called for the written test/ interview/appointment.
Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
b) Outstation candidates, if called for written test/personal interview, will be reimbursed to and fro actual fare
limited to AC-III train fare for E0/E1/E2 and economy class air fare for E-5/E-6 by the shortest route from
the venue of interview on production of proof of travel. Lodging charges will not be paid.
c) FSNL may adopt higher criteria in case of receipt of more number of applicants meeting eligibility criteria.
The offer of engagement shall be issued to suitable candidates in order of merit and based on the number of
vacancies. Engagement of selected candidates shall be subject to medical fitness test as prescribed by FSNL.
No relaxation in medical standards shall be allowed.
4. VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS:
The following documents shall be required in ORIGINAL for verification at the time of written test/ interview. If
any of the following documents are not produced by the candidates at the time of written test/interview for
verification, then he or she will neither be allowed to appear for the interview nor any fare reimbursed to him/her.
a) Class 10 Certificate / Valid Proof for Date of Birth.
b) Aadhar Card, as ID Proof and two recent passport size colour photograph, (with Reg. No, name of the
applicant and signature at the backside of the photograph).
c) Mark Sheets of all semesters/years in support of educational qualification, degree Certificate (Provisional or
Original) from 10th onwards clearly showing class/ division/ CGPA/ percentage / mode / duration / stream/
specialization of the qualification etc.
d) Experience Certificate(s), Break-up of present emoluments & latest payslip.
5. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
a) Candidates who do not possess post qualification and experience as mentioned under “Area of Experience”
need not apply. Teaching experience, Internship, Induction and any other training period will not be counted
as experience.
b) The cut-off date for ascertaining the age and experience etc, will be last date of submission of online
application as mentioned in the advertisement.
c) The selected candidates will be posted at the discretion of management of the company to serve at any of the
company’s offices /Unit/ Project located anywhere in India.
d) While applying for any post, the applicant should ensure that they fulfill the essential eligibility criteria
prescribed for the post for which they are applying and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respect.
The candidature / service is liable for rejection / termination without notice at any stage of the selection
process or even after appointment, in case it is found that the candidate:
(i) has furnished false or incorrect information.
(ii) has suppressed any relevant information/ material fact.
(iii) does not meet the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post.
(iv) adopted unfair means during the Recruitment process.

(v) is found guilty of impersonation.
(vi) has created disturbance affecting the smooth conduct of the written Examination /Interview
(vii) has submitted non-human or irrelevant photograph.
(viii) has submitted all the self-attested documents/ testimonials/ certificates in support of their
Qualification, Experience and Present Emoluments/ CTC.
e) Only Indian Nationals need to apply. Applicants can apply to only one post, best suitable to them. The
candidates applied for more than one post may attract the disqualification of applications.

The recruitment process can be cancelled / restricted /amended/ suspended / terminated at any time without
any notice and without assigning any reasons thereof. The decision of the Management will be final and no
appeal will be entertained on what so ever matter.
Management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for written test/ interview,
reject the application without assigning any reason/change the number of posts / raise the standard of
specification.
