NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on
date by and between Offenso Hackers Academy, a Cyber Security
Training Institute with its principal place of business at Palarivattom, Ernakulam,
("Academy"), and STUDENT NAME __________________________________an
individual residing at
[STUDENT ADDRESS]
WHEREAS, the Offenso Hackers Academy will be disclosing certain confidential
information to the Student in connection with the Student's enrollment in the Academy's
cyber security course ("Course"); and WHEREAS, the Offenso Hackers Academy desires
to protect the confidentiality of such information.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained
herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
1. "Confidential Information" means any and all information disclosed by the Offenso
Hackers Academy to the Student in connection with the Course, including without
limitation, any course materials, handouts, case studies, and other information that
is not generally known to the public.
2. The Student agrees to use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of
participating in the Course and shall not disclose, publish, or otherwise
disseminate such Confidential Information to any third party without the prior
written consent of the Academy.
3. The Student agrees to take all reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of
the Confidential Information and shall not use such Confidential Information for
any purpose other than participating in the Course.
4. The Student understands that the unauthorized disclosure of the confidential
information would cause irreparable harm to the Academy, and that the
Offenso Hackers Academy shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief in the
event of any breach of this Agreement.
1. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto
and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the State of Cyber Security Training Institute without regard to its conflict of laws
principles.
3. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes
all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the
subject matter hereof.
4. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by
both parties.

STUDENT POLICY
This agreement outlines the leave policy for students to ensure clear communication, proper
attendance management, and accountability.
● Leave requests should be submitted via e-mail prior to the leave and must
be approved by the respective authority.
● Students must apply for leave in writing at least a day in advance, except in cases
of emergencies.
● In case of emergencies, the student must inform the institution within 24 hours of
their absence, through a phone call and email, followed by a formal leave
application.
● Students are required to maintain a minimum attendance of 80% in order to
become eligible for Examination & Certification.
● Absence without approval will be treated as unauthorized leave and recorded as
a disciplinary violation.
● Students who are late for more than 15 minutes without prior approval will not
be permitted to attend the class.
BATCH CHANGE POLICY
● Students are allowed to change their batch only once during course duration, with
the submission of a valid reason.
STUDENT BRANCH TRANSFER POLICY
Students enrolled at any branch of Hackers Academy (Kochi, Calicut, or Trivandrum) may
request a transfer to another branch during the course period.
Conditions for Transfer:
● A valid and reasonable justification must be provided with the request.
● All transfer requests are subject to approval by the Operations Team.
● Approval will depend on:
● Seat availability at the requested branch
● Course alignment and continuity
● Administrative feasibility
Transfer & Restart Conditions:
● A student who transfers to a different branch may be permitted to restart the course
from the beginning (i.e., join a new batch from Day 1), only if the transfer request
and rejoining occur within 30 days from the original date of enrollment.
● Requests beyond this 30-day window will be considered for continuation only, subject
to course and batch availability.
Transfers are not guaranteed and will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
Acknowledgment
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply
with the policies outlined above. I understand that failure to adhere to these policies may
result in disciplinary action.
