MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the Complainant is a responsible citizen residing at the above-


mentioned address and has no previous criminal antecedents.

2. That on __________ at around ___ A.M./P.M., while the Complainant was


present at his residence/shop/office, the Accused unlawfully entered
the premises and abused, threatened, and physically assaulted the
Complainant.

3. That the Accused used criminal force intending to cause injury and also
threatened the Complainant with dire consequences, all of which was
witnessed by [Witness Names].
4. That the Complainant tried to register an FIR at the [Name] Police
Station but the authorities, under influence or negligence, refused to
lodge the same.

5. That the acts of the Accused constitute offences punishable under


Sections [Specify relevant Sections] of the Indian Penal Code.

6. That this Hon’ble Court has the jurisdiction to try and entertain this
complaint, and the present complaint is filed within the prescribed
limitation period.
