INSTRUCTIONS:
If you determine that your vehicle has a defect as listed above, whether during the inspection or later in the day, enter the
code beside the specific defect onto your Inspection Report. Ensure that the defect is brought to the attention of the
operator as soon as possible and do not drive the vehicles if there is a major defect.
Some of these notes used to refer to Regulation 611. These sections were removed from Regulation 611 on July 1, 2016 and the
NOTES:
relevant information is now found in Regulation 199/07 Schedule 7.
