 Carefully read and attempt all exercises from Chapters 1, 2, and 3 of the Words and
Expressions book.
 Write a Project Work (refer to page 53 of the Words and Expressions book).
 Write a descriptive paragraph on Ustad Bismillah Khan.
 Write a diary entry on 'A Day When I Realized That Strength Is Essential to Face Every
Situation'.
 Submit all in the Internal Assessment copy.

2. HINDI
 दुःख का अधिकार – प्रश्न उत्तर याद करें और लिखें।
 रैदास के पद – प्रश्न उत्तर याद करें और लिखें।
 Activity – रैदास के दोहे का संकलन चित्र सहित कीजिए।

3. ODIA

4. SANSKRIT

 Homework: Complete CW of Lessons 1 & 2 in notebook.
5. MATHS
 Practice NCERT exemplar questions of Chapter 1.

6. SCIENCE
 PHYSICS:
 - Solve the exercise questions of Chapter: Motion.
 - Draw all distance-time and velocity-time graphs.
 - Answer all NCERT in-text questions.
 CHEMISTRY:
 - Write activities demonstrating characteristics of states of matter.
 - Tabulate properties of solids, liquids, and gases.
 - Write NCERT in-text and exercise questions up to properties of states of matter.
 BIOLOGY:
 - Read 'The Fundamental Unit of Life'.
 - Draw and label Animal Cell, Plant Cell, and Bacterial Cell.
 - Write 4 points of difference: Unicellular vs Multicellular, Prokaryotes vs Eukaryotes.
 All science work to be done in the Practical Notebook.

7. SOCIAL SCIENCE
 Economics: Make a Concept Map of Village Palampur.
 Geography: Map work:
 - India’s Neighbours
 - Map skills of Lesson 1
 - Map of Lesson 2 (Fig 2.2)
 History:
 - Make a Mind Map of French Revolution topics.
 - Write 20 short questions from French Revolution.
 All work in two separate thin notebooks.

8. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
 Write self-assessment and exercises from Chapter 1 (Communication Skills).
 In Oxford file:
 - Draw diagrams of verbal and non-verbal communication components.
 - Draw diagram of 8 components of communication cycle.
 - Draw/paste facial expressions showing non-verbal communication.
