A Sample :
Good Morning Sir/ Madam/everyone
I ‘m Praveen Maity.
I am a small town boy from the district of West Midnapore of West Bengal .
I completed schooling from West Bengal State Board and at present I am a final year student in the
dept of XYZ at Calcutta Institute of Technology .
When I was 8 , my father brought me a personal computer . Initially I used to play computer games
on it but as I grew up I was drawn to the complex world of soft wares. My small family of four – my
parents and my younger sister have always encouraged me a lot in my passion . We are like a close
knit team . I learnt the basics of team work from my family . Later when I started working on the XYZ
project at college , I had to exercise teamwork at a greater level . The project also gave me an
opportunity to explore the innovative part of me . It made me realise how powerful a tool
innovation can be for a software developer. I am really thankful to get this opportunity to get
interviewed today . On that note , I conclude.

V.Ways to deliver a successful introduction
Write down the introduction → Proof read it → Take suggestions of friends/ seniors/industry
veterans → Initially practise reading with out fumbling within while timing it → Try to sound ‘said’
and not ‘ read’→ Practise on video with eye contact and genuine smile without sounding and
appearing nervous → Self evaluate→ Practise in front mirror( you should practise at least 50 times)
Without practice a good introduction is i-m-p-o-s-s-i-b-l-e………
