Summary
In an era of remote and hybrid work, the need for decentralized, efficient, and AI-driven workplace
management is more pressing than ever. This project leverages the Beckn Protocol to create a seamless,
open, and interoperable workplace management network, enabling teams to coordinate effortlessly
across different platforms.
Our approach focuses on AI-driven automation, enhancing scheduling, task allocation, and workflow
optimization, while maintaining data privacy and transparency through decentralized architecture. By
integrating standardized APIs and privacy-preserving decentralization methods, the solution will
streamline workplace operations without dependency on centralized control.
The project is structured into macro milestones, ensuring iterative development, real-world testing, and
strategic implementation. Through continuous refinement and user feedback, we aim to deliver a
scalable, adaptive, and user-centric decentralized workplace management system.

About Me: I'm a third-year CSE (AIML) student passionate about combining creativity with technology
through frontend development, AI, and problem-solving. I'm driven by the goal of building real-world
solutions, from mental health tools to multi-agent customer support systems. With strong DSA skills and
active involvement in college tech clubs, I love turning ideas into impactful projects.
What is your motivation to apply for this project?
My motivation for this project stems from a deep interest in decentralized technologies and AI-driven
automation, especially in the workplace management space. The Beckn Protocol offers a powerful
framework for creating open, interoperable networks, and integrating it into workplace systems
presents an exciting challenge.
By focusing on user-centric design, automation, and security, I aim to help build a system that
empowers organizations to coordinate effectively while maintaining transparency and accessibility. This
project presents an opportunity to push the boundaries of workplace technology with cutting-edge
solutions.
