The reason for the glyph removal was the decision that Polytonic Greek is not
needed in Adobe Clean.
Also, historical Cyrillic and German glyph, and some glyphs not in the AL4
range were removed.

Renamed the following glyphs to comply with AL4:

- In Cyrillic, the default forms of De/El/Lje/de/el/lje are now the trapezoid
instead of the triangular
- Added <dlig> feature
- Removed glyphs 'longs_longs_b' and 'rupiah'(+ alternates)
- Removed glyph '[Link]' from the italics
- The height of the default figures is now back to cap-height (as in version
[Link]), and the former cap-height figures (and currency symbols) were replaced
by .univ versions; the features <case> and <ss01> were modified to reflect these
changes.

- Regenerated the italics because they had overlapping paths.
REASON: MakeInstances was ran with the switches to remove overlap and autohint
turned off, in order to shorten the time of debugging OT features and other issues.
Later makeInstances should have been used again with those switches turned on, but
it wasn't.

01 September 2009 - v2.001 [msousa]


- Rehinted the italic fonts and rebuilt the whole family.
REASON: MakeInstances (specifically IS) leaves a single bogus hint in place so that
tx doesn't swamp the output with �no hint� messages.
This unfortunately makes CompareFamily (single face test #18) think that the glyphs
are properly hinted, since it finds at least one hint.
For this reason this error went by unnoticed during production. Fortunately Ernie
caught it.

29 August 2009 - v2.000 [msousa]


- Added .cap figures and currency symbols
- Removed .univ figures and currency symbols
- Repurposed some Stylistic Sets features due to the above changes
- Added Cyrillic small cap-height figures and currency symbols (dollar, hryvnia)
- Removed small caps from italic fonts
- Minor design changes throughout the family; the stroke-weight is now less
monoline and more contrasted

The source [Link] files were NOT hinted.
- The bottom zone removed in v1.019 and reintroduced in later versions, is now

correctly use a reduced-size iota (iotaadscript)
- The shape of the descender in (Ze|ze|Es|es)descender(.sc) was changed to a
cedilla form

RC candidate build of mini-family composed of Regular, Italic, Bold and Bold Italic
fonts only.
NOTE: This is the first release to QE. There were no alpha or beta releases prior
to this build.

- The Roman font is derived from Robert's file version #142, and the Italic is from
#78.
- The character set of this family is (at least) Adobe Latin 4.
- The fonts have kerning, including kerning exceptions.
- The LSB of polytonic Greek caps accounts for the accents.
- The fonts have nameID 8 (Manufacturer Name)
- The OT features are considered complete.

- The hinting parameters are set, however:


-- It might be good to add 2 more secondary alignment zones (OtherBlues &
FamilyOtherBlues)
-- The BlueScale value might have to be tweaked for other weights (e.g.
Light, Black)

- Stylistic Sets:
ss01: Universal figures (Figure height to be used with both UC and LC. The
default figures are cap height.)
ss02: Small Cap figures (SC-height figures. Also available through 'c2sc'
feature.)
ss03: Cyrillic alternates (de el lje: in UC, LC and SC)

Known issues:
- PANOSE numbers are not final
- Italic glyphs need to be shifted left to fit inline with the Roman.
- Greek kerning (Cap to lowercase) is incomplete.
