1- PRELIMINARY DATA

1.1 - WORK
Solar Campinas Residential.

1.2 - LOCATION
Located at Sergipe Avenue with Quintino Bocaiuva Street, block 1-A, lot 1, Campinas Sector,
Goiânia-GO.

1.3 - TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION


Residential development containing 368 (three hundred and sixty-eight) apartments
distributed in 02 (two) buildings, as detailed in item 1.4.

1.4 - SUMMARY OF THE WORK


The development consists of 01 (one) Condominium named "RESIDENTIAL SOLAR"
CAMPINAS composed of 01 (one) basement, 01 (one) ground floor, 02 (two) mezzanines, 01 (one)
leisure pavement and 02 (two) buildings (Building 1 and Building 2). Each building has 23 (twenty-three)
three) floors type (from the 4th to the 26th floor) with 08 (eight) apartments per floor, being 04 (four)
apartments with 02 (two) bedrooms and 04 (four) apartments with 03 (three) bedrooms, in addition to the
machine room of the two elevators, windlass and upper reservoir. Each building totals 184 (one hundred

2- PRELIMINARY SERVICES

2.1 – CLEANING OF THE LAND


A complete cleaning of the ground will be carried out, with the removal of debris and any
other obstacles to the implementation of the construction site.

2.2 - CONSTRUCTION SITE AND TEMPORARY INSTALLATIONS


The construction site will be fenced off with boards or fences and will have entrances for
pedestrians and for vehicles (trucks and others). There will be a temporary shed containing:
warehouse, storage of bagged materials (cement, lime, etc.), tool storage, rooms and restrooms

4- STRUCTURE

6.3 - RAINWATER

PAINTINGS

7.3.1 - Painting
PVA paint in white color will be applied to the entire ceiling covered with plaster (continuous or in
plate). All walls of enclosed and covered environments that do not receive cladding
ceramics will receive leveling with PVA mass and two coats of acrylic paint or PVA, on
white color, champagne or another color defined in the executive project.
The paint will be from one of the brands: Coral, Suvinil, Renner, or Leinertex. The PVA putty will be from
Leinertex brand.

7.3.2 - Textured painting


Textured acrylic paint will be applied to the balconies and technical areas of the
apartments of Buildings 1 and 2; fire escape (including ceiling), anteroom and garbage of
pavements; in the garage areas and vehicle circulation of the basement, ground floor, mezzanine 1 and
mezzanine 2 and in the uncovered areas of the ground floor and leisure, in the gas central, walls and facades
exteriors. The paint will be from one of the brands: Coral, Suvinil, Renner, or Leinertex.

7.3.3 – Synthetic enamel paint over anti-corrosive primer


Enamel paint will be applied over an anti-corrosive base on all metal structures.
