GENERAL REGULATIONS ONCAV

Preamble

Sports, cultural, socio-educational, and socio-economic activities organized under the aegis of
Ministry of Youth and Sports by the National Organization for Coordination of Activities
Holidays (ONCAV) are governed by this regulation.
For cases not provided for by this Regulation, refer to the General Regulations of the discipline.

TITLE I: AFFILIATION - REAFFILIATION - PARTICIPATION

ARTICLE 1: The Sports and Cultural Associations (ASC) affiliated with ONCAV are grouped into Zones.

ARTICLE 6: To be authorized to participate in activities organized by ONCAV, the ASC is required to

ARTICLE 7: Each ORCAV is given full latitude to determine, based on its realities,
locality, its second sports discipline.

ARTICLE 8: The ASC must necessarily hire and ensure the participation of a CADET team and
of a JUNIOR/SENIOR team. However, the ORCAV can grant a non-renewable exemption,
not exceeding two (2) years for one of these categories, if the submitted file is sufficient
convincing.

ARTICLE 8Bis: For non-participation, a one (1) year exemption may be granted to an ASC
newly affiliated with ONCAV.

However, ONCAV in accordance with ARTICLE 3 can refuse or cancel reaffiliation or affiliation.

TITLE II: LICENSE - RESIGNATIONS - QUALIFICATIONS

ARTICLE 9: The license issued by ONCAV is valid for all activities practiced within it.
Each practitioner must hold a license for their category.

ARTICLE 13

Paragraph 1: For school CADETS, the request for issuance or renewal of the license

ARTICLE 15: The following age categories are retained by ONCAV:

· SENIORS: 20 years and older
· VETERANS: 35 years and older.
However, a player over thirty-five (35) years old can choose the SENIOR category. In this

TITLE III: GAME AND ORGANIZATION

ARTICLE 29: The matches of the Popular National Championship are played in four (4) phases:

· A Zonal Phase that brings together the ASCs from the same area from August 1st to September 15th;

· A departmental qualifying phase that brings together the champion ASC of the
different areas;

· A Regional Phase that brings together the champions from the different ODCAVs;

· A National Phase during the month of September that brings together the ASCs from the ORCAV.

ARTICLE 30: For the CNP, the organizational form and the division into zones are left to

TITLE IV: SANCTIONS AND PENALTIES
