FOUNDATION
The demand for the integral training of professionals in Nursing is
fundamental, because they take on a prominent role in the provision of
healthcare benefits in your environment, which is why the Rotating Boarding School
Community-based is a mode that will lead to a dynamic in which the
students will strengthen cognitive, technical, and attitudinal competencies,
thanks to the articulation of theory with practice in health services,
adapting both to the clinical and community areas to respond to the
health demands of the population and their communities.
The exercise of this leadership in Nursing must be based on advocacy.

Therefore, it is necessary for a thorough follow-up to be carried out on the
students who are fulfilling this modality, to support in the aspects of
inter-institutional coordination, teacher-student linkage, focused on the
three components such as, Comprehensive Care for the adult, Comprehensive Care
of the woman and newborn and Comprehensive Care of the child and adolescent same
that correspond to the Professional Area of the Study Plan.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE:
Develop comprehensive competencies in students with the application
systematized methodologies appropriate to the profession of
Nursing, in the clinical and community setting through the model of
Intercultural Family and Community Health, creating leadership in care
integral in health directed to the individual, the family, and the community,

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
Possess critical and reflective capacity to intervene and make decisions
in solving health problems in correspondence with the

PROJECT LOCATION
The project is located in the Department of Chuquisaca, it is a
program dependent on the Nursing degree, distributed in 10
municipalities, being the Hospitals and first-level health centers of
Attention, selected, in coordination with the heads of the Service
Department of Chuquisaca and teachers of the community rotating boarding school.

METHODOLOGY
The project will be executed directly in the places of work practice, according to
the premises of Primary Health Care (PHC) and the Health strategy
Family and Community Intercultural (SAFCI) based on the policies of
Ministry of Health and Sports (MHS), The applied methodology will be divided
in four phases of implementation:

At the conclusion of each rotation, an in-person evaluation will be conducted.

ORGANIZATION
The course will be developed with direct and indirect supervision provided by
a tenured teacher and assistant teachers in the different areas of the
work practice. It will be divided into 2 rotations for students of plan 12 /(6
months) and in three rotations for plan 11 (formerly 9 months).
