Gugelhupf

Ingredients

• 300g of sifted wheat flour.


• 20g of bread yeast.
• 1 cup of milk.
• 125g of butter or margarine.
• 100g of sugar.
• 1 pinch of salt.
• 2 eggs.
• 2 gems.
• 1 pinch of lemon zest.
• 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
• 50g of blanched and chopped almond kernels.
• 50g of seedless raisins.
• Powdered sugar for decoration.

Method of Making

• Remove 1 cup of flour, mix the milk and the yeast, and leave it in a warm place to
to lift.
• Mix the remaining flour with the softened butter, lemon, sugar, vanilla, salt, eggs.

Method of Making

• Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.


• Sift the flour and the baking powder into a bowl.
• Using a wooden spoon, mix all the ingredients together until a
cute mass.
• Sprinkle a wooden board with flour and roll out the dough, leaving it without lumps.
• Roll out the dough until it is 1.5cm thick.
• Cut round pieces with a diameter of 6cm.
• Place these pieces in shape and brush them with milk.
• Let cook for 12-15 minutes or until the scones are golden brown.
• Serve hot with butter or jelly.

Hagrid's Cakes

Hagrid is not exactly the best cook in the world (Harry and Ron can attest to that), but these...
Cupcakes are perfectly edible - unless you forget them in the oven!
Ingredients

• 225g of wheat flour.


• 110g of margarine.
• 110g of sugar.
• 110g of raisins.
• 2 eggs.
• 2 tablespoons of milk.

Way of Making

• Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.


• Mix the margarine and the flour in a bowl.
• Add the sugar and the raisins to the bowl.
• Mix the eggs and the milk to thicken the batter.
• Scoop the batter onto a baking tray.
• Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
• Stick a toothpick in the muffins, if it comes out dry, they are ready.
• Let it cool and serve.

Goulash

Traditional soup from Hungary, made with meat. Harry eats it in the fourth year.
Ingredients

• 1kg of sirloin.
• 1 tablespoon of butter.
• 1 tablespoon of wheat flour.
• 4 cups of water.
• Salt to taste.
• 1 teaspoon of hot paprika.
• ½ kg of diced potatoes.

Method of Making

• Cut the meat into 2 cm cubes.


• Let it fry in butter over high heat.
• Add the flour and let it toast until it darkens.
• Moving to avoid getting stuck.
• Combine the hot water and boil for 10 minutes.
• Season with salt and paprika.
• Cover the pot and let it cook until the meat is tender.

Chocolate Frogs

Famous among children, the Chocolate Frogs are chocolate candies shaped like
frogs that can jump (in the first movie, they also croak like real frogs).

first time. Serves a Weasley family (6 people).
Ingredients

• 110g of rice.
• 410g of condensed milk.
• 570ml of milk.
• 40g of sugar.
• 1 whole nutmeg.
• 25g of butter.

Method of Making

• Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.


• Take a round bowl that can go in the oven and grease it with butter.
• Mix the condensed milk and the milk in a jar.
• Put the rice and sugar in an oven-safe bowl.
• Pour the milk mixture on top and mix.
• Grate the nutmeg over the mixture.
• Put the butter in small pieces into the mixture.
• Put it in the oven for 30 minutes, take it out and mix well.
• Put it back in the oven and repeat the operation after half an hour.
• Then leave the pudding in the oven for an hour.
• Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.

Grapefruit Cup

Dish served in the fourth book at a breakfast in the Dursley house.


Ingredients

• 2 large grapefruits.
• 2 cups of strawberries.
• 1 cup of raspberry or blackberry.
• 2 tablespoons of orange liqueur.
• Strawberry Ice Cream.
• Sugar to taste.

Method of Making

• Wash and dry the grapefruits.


• Cut them in half and scoop out the pulp with a spoon, being careful not to break it.

• 35g of caramel flavored ice cream coating.


• 570ml of milk.
• 275ml of melted vanilla ice cream.

Method of Making

• Put everything in the blender, blend and serve.

Second

There is consensus that it is based on an old traditional drink among English children.

• Fill each cup with a generous spoonful of the remaining ingredients.
• Pour the heated cider over her.

Third

Ingredients

• ½ liter of milk.
• ½ liter of black beer
• 60g of sugar.
• 4 eggs
• 4 cloves

Fourth
