Internship Log (1)

Through this internship, I gradually understood that doing everything requires continuous effort
and patience, not just a momentary impulse or passion. The internship day made me realize that
in the face of difficulties at work, we should not just complain and escape, but actively think
about how to solve problems. Every challenge is an opportunity for growth. In the process, I
learned to slow down, stay calm, solve problems step by step, and avoid being too impatient.
Only by constantly breaking your comfort zone can you make real progress at work.

The internship life made me realize that any job has its hardships, and success is not achieved
overnight. When faced with some trivial tasks, I learned to look at problems with a positive
attitude instead of just complaining about boredom at work. Through this period of
accumulation, I realized that if you want to develop in your career, you need to maintain a lasting
passion for learning and constantly improve your skills. Only by growing in every little detail and
constantly challenging yourself can we gradually move towards the road to success.

This internship experience made me realize that perseverance and resilience at work are more
important than mere effort. Whenever I encounter difficulties, I remind myself not to give up
easily and to learn to sum up from failure. This is often the case in life, and success often lies in
those who can persevere to the end, not in a moment of cleverness or luck. I have also learned to
adjust my mentality in a timely manner, think more when encountering problems, and seek
solutions more than rushing for results.

During the internship, I gradually realized that work is not as smooth as I imagined. Encountering
setbacks and difficulties is common, but the key is how to face them. Through this period of
practice, I learned how to stay calm at work and avoid affecting decision-making due to
momentary mood swings. In the face of difficulties, calming down and clarifying your thoughts is
the key to solving the problem. I believe that only by maintaining unremitting efforts and a
positive attitude can we go further in our future career paths.

The internship made me understand that everything needs a process and cannot be rushed.
Many times. Difficulties at work are not scary, but lack of patience to solve problems. Through
these days of work experience, I began to get used to facing challenges with a peaceful mind, and
realized that only by constantly learning and adjusting myself can I make progress in every
position. Growth is an ongoing process, and I need to learn how to find a way forward in my
work.
