Day 01(26th April)
Route: Srinagar Airport Arrival & local sightseeing
Distance & Time: 12 Kms (01 HR Drive) ONE SIDE
Stay: Hotel at Srinagar

Our driver/ representative will pick you up from the Srinagar airport and take you to Srinagar hotel. Check inn
to the hotel according to the hotel policy. Later leave for Srinagar local sightseeing visiting the famous Mughal
gardens in Srinagar which are Nishat Bagh (The garden of Pleasure), & Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love). These
gardens are situated on the banks of Dal Lake. Nishat Bagh is the larger of the two gardens & has an
impressive plantation of Chinar trees on its highest terrace. Both the gardens are built on a symmetrical plan of
central waterways with fountains dividing a series of gardened terraces. Visit Pari Mahal, Cheshmashahi &
Shankaracharaya temple. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel in Srinagar.

Day 02
Route: Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar
Distance & Time: 90 Kms (2.5 -3 HRS Drive) ONE SIDE
Stay: Hotel at Srinagar
After Breakfast, drive to Sonmarg. Cross the towns of Kangan, Mammar, and Gagangir. Once you reach
Sonmarg, take a 3-hour walk or horseback trip to the Thajwas glacier (If open at that time). Dinner & overnight
stay at Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 03
Route: Srinagar – Gulmarg
Distance & Time: 48 Kms (1 -1.5 HRS Drive) ONE SIDE
Stay: Hotel at Gulmarg

After breakfast in the morning, proceed towards Gulmarg, located on the Pir Panjal Range which is the part of
the Western Himalayas. Gulmarg is known as the Meadow of Flowers. Enroute you get to see the beautiful
Tangmarg town and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg. Later, begin a short tour,
boarding the Gondola cable car system (the 08 minutes ropeway). Descend back to Gulmarg and later indulge
in some horse-riding. Check inn to the hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at Gulmarg.
Day 04
Route: Gulmarg - Pahalgam
Distance & Time: 110 - 115 Kms (4 -4.5 HRS Drive) ONE SIDE
Stay: Hotel at Pahalgam

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Pahalgam. We switch from the national highway 1A at
Khanabal and drive through the second largest city of Anantnag. From here the road turns scenic as we drive
parallel on the Lidder River flowing from the opposite direction. In Pahalgam, you can visit many breath-
taking places like Betaab Valley, Chandanwari, Aru valley (ON OWN COST). Later check in to the hotel.
Dinner & overnight stay at Hotel in Pahalgam.

Day 05
Route: Pahalgam - Srinagar
Distance & Time: 89 Kms (2 -2.5 HRS Drive) ONE SIDE
Stay: Houseboat in Srinagar
After breakfast, leave for Srinagar. Take a 01 Hour Shikara Ride in Dal Lake. Check in to the houseboat.
Dinner & overnight stay in houseboat.

Day 06
Route: Srinagar Airport Drop
Distance & Time: 12 Kms (01 HR Drive) ONE SIDE

Today after Breakfast, get transferred to Srinagar Airport for an onward destination journey.

 Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary
 Entrance Fees
 Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances
(strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, who is directly payable on the spot).
 Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

You are requested to drop us an email along with the options you want to opt for so that our consultant can
initiate the booking accordingly and once we receive written confirmation from all the concerned
hotel/houseboat/resorts we will send you the confirmation.
Please note until booking amount will not reflect in our accounts all confirmations will be treated as tentative
and may lead to booking cancellation if payment was not made by or before the due date provided.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE
 To secure your reservation you need to make 25% of the total package cost as an advance and
the remaining balance you have to pay on the date of arrival.
 If the payment is not received by the due date we may treat the booking as cancelled.
 For 4* And 5 * properties full booking amount should be transferred before confirmations.
 Cancellation will be strictly followed as per the hotel policies.
 Only Cash payments or Online Transfers are accepted.
 Card payments are Chargeable.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: -

Regardless of reason, cancellations are costly. To offset these costs, the following fees will apply. If you
cancel, non-recoverable expenses of Rs. 1200 per person will be charged and over and above that the
following will be charged on cancellation of a tour
Cancelled before 30 days or more prior to trip start date: 25 % of total package cost
Cancelled between 15 – 30 days prior to trip start date: 50 % of total package cost
Cancelled between 14 days to 7 days prior to trip start date: 80 % of total package cost
Cancellation less than 7 Days prior to trip start date: 100 % of package cost will be charged
In cases where:
● You are willing to postpone your date of travel due to any reason, we may impose a rebooking fee.
● If you are cancelling your booking post postponing your dates, all paid amounts will be forfeited.
● In case of missed payment on the scheduled date, we may impose an extra charge for the same.
● Delay upto 3 days or Miss in making payment as per scheduled date may lead to cancellation of
booking with zero refund. (You can inform us upfront in case of delay in schedule payment)
● Any unforeseen circumstances, we will try to provide our best but we cannot be held responsible for
undeliverable due to this.
● Extra charges due to any delay will have to be paid by Traveller at the spot.
● Delay in making on arrival payment will lead to termination/halt of service until payment completion
by traveler.
